1. SOUTH INDIAN RASAM

Recipe: Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker, add some onions and saute them. Once they start to brown, add carrots, apples. Add water and cook. Let the steam inside escape the cooker, then open the lid. Transfer mixture into a non-stick pan, add herbs, milk, water, salt, pepper, then mix it well. Enjoy it while you binge watch!
